My passion for recruiting can be traced back to my pre-professional days. Whether as a member of my high school quiz team or part of the debating team. The reason? I like to get people excited about the things I’m excited about and I like to see good people succeed. CC Capital Group gave me the opportunity to do what I love on a larger scale.
